Alphabetical sort order of the root folders (UX)

I noticed that the root folders cannot be ordered, only the subfolders inside them. I would really help to have a sort order to of the root folders to manage a collection.

the feature is waiting to be implemented as a bit of backend refactoring is needed, otherwise, it would be already implemented.
