gccrs: [E0658] Unstable langauge feature

gcc/rust/ChangeLog:

	* checks/errors/rust-const-checker.cc (ConstChecker::visit):
	Use of mutable reference in constant functions.
	* checks/errors/rust-feature-gate.cc (FeatureGate::gate):
	ErrorCode for intrinsics are subject to change.
