netscalar load balancer URL is not accepting for DownstreamHostAndPorts

When I give net scalar load balancer URL for DownstreamHostAndPorts its throwing error, please could you help me.

Ocelot does not have this type of load balancer.

this is Sunil.

Ocelot gateway can provide load balance, but instead i like to use net scalar load balancer( load balance handled by net scalar), can i use it.

My example ocelot.json file

This is not supported. Current issues:

• The Port property is missing.
• The Host property should not include any schemes (protocols). For the scheme, we have a separate DownstreamScheme option, which you have already defined.

Here is the valid (fixed) JSON:

Regarding load balancing, I recommend reading the entire documentation: Load Balancer

If you know the list of currently deployed instances of the downstream service, define them all in the Configuration using the DownstreamHostAndPorts array.
If you do not know the actual list of service instances, use a Service Discovery provider.

Yes, you can!
On Ocelot's side, disable load balancing and forward the request as is to downstream, allowing your downstream service to handle its own load balancing. However, this falls outside of Ocelot's responsibility.
