cannot debug for lerna

I try to use breakpoint debugging for lerna in code-server. But it never succeeded. when I click run , the debugger tool just flashed by,

the launch,json like this.

it's the same problem with #4464 ,
I used 3.12.0, downgrade to 3.11.1, it works.

Did you try 4.0.2?

yes, 3.11.1 has another problem, 4.0.2 can run perfectly!
