Can somebody help me or share a MOV to MP4 file converter ffmpeg function?

Based on the Audio converter function I would love to find or get the assistance from someone to convert MOV video files to mp4 format (both with audio and video) and also being able to grab a single frame poster image in jpeg, png or webp format.
