Availability ofEfficientNet-V2

Hi,

I noticed that you mentioined EfficientNet-V2 in the "About" part of this repo, and I also found in the EfficientNet-V2 paper, it mentioned the test for all models with your codebase.

So I am wondering if the availability for EfficientNet-V2 related part was hiden on purpose? And if the availablity for EfficientNet-V2 is synced with the release of the official repo by Google?

The model definition is there for efficientnet_v2s, you can create one, but no weights yet and it's not 100% clear if it's matching what Google will release yet.
