Description

This is UX issue. In most cases when I need to edit CMS Page - I need to change content. When I'm trying to go and change content - it shows me "quick edit" field, than I need to click "Cancel", and click exactly to go into "Action column > Select> Edit" link.

Preconditions (*)

1. Magento 2.3.4, 2.4-develop

Steps to reproduce (*)

1. Go to Admin > Content > Pages (on Blocks the same issue)
2. Click on any place on the row (except "Action" column)
   

Expected result (*)

1. You should be navigated to "edit" page
   OR
2. Nothing should happen
   OR
3. "Select" menu should be opened/closed

Actual result (*)

1. "Quick edit" opens, but it actually useless.
