We have issues that include style-guide changes, such as avoiding gerunds
We have issues where you can "prove your skills" as a writer, such as reviewing (and rewriting) our HTTP Load Balancer guide.
Open another tab in the same browser. Go to docs.nginx.com. Navigate to the documentation page of your choice
In each of our documentation pages, scroll to the bottom.
Find and select the "Edit this page" link
You should now see the source for the page, in edit mode
Make the changes that you think we need
Select Commit changes
You'll see a Propose changes window
Include a commit message. If appropriate, explain further in the Extended description
Select Propose changes
In the Comparing changes window that appears, you'll see a draft of your pull request, which includes
Green highlighting for what you'd like to add
Red highlighting for what you'd like to replace
When you're ready, select Create pull request
And that's it! You've now created your first pull request. We on the NGINX documentation team automatically get a notification, and we'll review your proposed change as soon as time permits.
