Copilot API is still showing: access limits after 2 days

I was wondering if there is anything I could do to resolve the issue?
After almost 2 days I cannot still use Github Copilot as it shows: API Limits Access.
What can I do for this?
I also heard that some people who use the subscription (payment-based) method, sometimes also face this issue.
