Help with Github Student Application

Hi everyone,

Hi everyone, I'm bit confused with the new github student application form. My friend that already apply for student benefit plan and get approved said that we can upload a image, but with the new application form there's no upload button only camera. The problem is using the camera function the image is so blurry and resulting my application get rejected 5 TIMES! It's slowly become frustrating. Tried using my laptop and my phone, no luck. Tried to use different proof type also no luck. I really need an assistance for this issue 😁

I think this issue is due to your device. I filled my application by clicking the picture from phone and using a picture of my college student id . I suggest don't use the github app in phone as it sometimes has some bugs. instead try to apply using the phone browser (preferably chrome) . You can also try restarting your phone before applying as it helps sometimes.
