failed to get the student pack (rejected 4 times)

Hi everyone,

my request was denied 4 times from github, even though I gave sufficient proof, I tried school bus id card, enrollment document showing the name of the school, the date, my name, my address and a lot of other info. I have also a school email which I am using.
Could it be a language issue, because the documents are in Arabic (I changed my name in arabic in github in my profile and in my billing info)
what was weird is that after the first request, when I reapplied, I got rejected by less than 1 minute, It was like I was banned
