V0.7

Jesse has just pushed 0.7 as a release. We've had some issues with the build failing under windows which turned out to be some weird Unicode thing.

The robot arm stuff is in good shape, we have lots of models and kinematics, Jacobians, dynamics and graphics is all usable. We even have Hessians.

Going forward:

• Jesse is going to look at ROS interface and a better way of handling grippers
• I'm tinkering with a port of DHFactor as well as porting the mobile robotics code from MATLAB. THe latter shows some of life, but is not yet complete.
