Jesse has just pushed 0.7 as a release. We've had some issues with the build failing under windows which turned out to be some weird Unicode thing.
The robot arm stuff is in good shape, we have lots of models and kinematics, Jacobians, dynamics and graphics is all usable. We even have Hessians.
