ignore wait-forked-but-failed-child.rs as there is no command 'ps' on vxWorks

ignore process-sigpipe.rs as there is no 'sh' on vxWorks

ignore core-run-destroy.rs as there is no 'cat' and 'sleep' on vxWorks
