Multi URL Picker - limit selectable documentypes and/or choose starting node

I've had a couple of use scenarios where it would be really nice if we could limit (exclude or include) which document/element types that can be selected for linkage and a starting node for the Multi URL picker.

So if you only want a specific Multi URL picker on the newspages only to be able to link to other newspages, then you should be able to select a starting node for which this MUP can select internal content to link to - or maybe add the posibility to limit the
document/element types from which you can choose.

Newspage can only link to newspage document types, so I have limited the document types that are valid for links to newspage type.

Newspage should only be able to link to other newspages therefore I have limited the newspages Multi URL picker to start at the newspage collection Node.

I really think this feature would awesome addition to the MU picker.
