Verify if ScribeMD/docker-cache still (or again) works

It seems that the docker-cache action we use no longer functions, based on an attempt to use it in Jaybird. This might be related to ScribeMD/docker-cache#831.

When working on the next release verify if it still works, or if there is a newer version. Otherwise remove it or find a replacement action.

Feel free to use AndreKurait/docker-cache@0.6.0 as a replacement until ScribeMD supplies a fix
