How to relicense a piece of documentation

Sometimes we have to move a piece of documentation from one place to another, and these places have incompatible licenses.

Write a guide how to do that most effectively.

This suggests that the best we can do in case of incompatible licenses is indeed keep the original license for each item.

We may want to annotate such documents in the metadata and also trace authors where possible. That way we could unblock migration and still overcome heterogenous licenses eventually once we request and get approval from authors to switch to CC-BY-SA.
