How should this be resolved?

• Add background covering OECD Privacy Guidelines and Privacy by Design Principles
• Add OWASP Top 10 Privacy Risks as noted above
• Add Privacy-enhancing technologies, mostly focusing on those frequently in use nowadays such as data masking techniques, maybe touch on ZKPs out of emerging
