Drop IE requirements from Clickjacking

I suggest we remove all IE references from all cheatsheets starting with https://github.com/OWASP/CheatSheetSeries/blob/master/cheatsheets/Clickjacking_Defense_Cheat_Sheet.md

Or we could go broader: Write a new OWASP cheat sheet specific to IE where we just write:

• Run Away! Run Away!

or

• Burn it to the ground.

etc. Then you can redirect all the IE sections there. That would more fun than just deleting the relevant sections.

I think that is a great idea Kevin, but it might be easier to just delete all references. 🍭
