SYNTAX should contain info about default parameter set

On it. In PowerShell, it's pretty easy to identify the default ParameterSet. I got this in just a few seconds.

$cmdlet = Get-Command Get-Command
$cmdlet.ParameterSets | Select Name, IsDefault

Name      IsDefault
----      ---------
Domain         True
Workgroup     False

I think I might need to add a field to the MAML Model ParameterSet object, a bool that lists IsDefault.
When it renders the name to Markdown, it will add (Default) to the name if true. This should also resolve the update scenario too.

@vors we don't build ParameterSet name into MAML. This is why we always have a placeholder name when we generate MD from MAML only. So after spending sometime realizing this, I now know we don't have to make a change to the MD parser, since it isn't used.

Added a commit to my branch. If it builds, I'll get the test cases loaded in too, and send a pull request.

But for Update-MarkdownHelp we use ParameterSetName extensively.

Added an update to the Model Transformer. Update the SyntaxEntryRule(), this now checks to see if the ParameterSet name contains (Default) if it does, it gets stripped. This will allow for correct matching in the update scenario.
