Update built-in TypeScript notebook examples

TypeScript notebooks vscode extension has been renamed to Node.js Notebooks (REPL) since we created these examples:

TypeScript notebooks now use .nnb file extension. See their built-in examples to rework our built-ins:

Looks like new Node.js kernel outputs garbled text around new lines:

Which results in the following data table display:

I believe it is a TS notebooks kernel and string output issue. Logged it in TS notebooks repo: DonJayamanne/typescript-notebook#60
