Upgrade to zola

We need to get off jekyll, which is old and dilapidated. Other bitdevs have been moving to Zola, which is nice because it's well supported. I have been using Zola for hashpool.dev and I like it.

There appear to be two bitdevs zola templates we could copy:

Need to identify the differences between the templates, pick one, and upgrade triangle bitdevs to the new template
