Might look similar to #820, but this one is about the keyboard shortcuts that are created/handled via the keyboard_actions service.
The shortcuts are added to the different places by using updateDisplayedShortcuts function, which uses the "effectiveShortcuts" value, currently hardcoded in English.
We should find a way to make these translatable as well.
