New unreachable code compiler options need to be handled

Version 7.8.0 updated to the latest ntypescript which features some new compiler options: allowUnreachableCode, allowUnusedLabels, noImplicitReturns, and noFallthroughCasesInSwitch which are all unrecognized in tsconfig.json.
