ng-options documentation is horribly confusing

@yaronguez thnx for the feedback. We had several different attempts at this docs and many people contributed PRs to improve things. Would you mind sending us a pull request with documentation changes to have it worded as you would expect it to be?

I don't yet have a good enough understanding of the ng-options to provide better documentation. That stackoverflow link has a great approach, though.
