Animation should work when MatProgressBar is set to buffer mode.

What is the current behavior?

Animation does not work in versions 6.4.0 and 6.4.1 when MatProgressBar is set to buffer mode in the named outlet.

What are the steps to reproduce?

In normal cases, it operates normally without errors. However, I used a named outlet like 'http://localhost:3200/blog/work/(header:post//main:post/test/compose)'. Also, when I use MatProgressBar in buffer mode in the component specified in the 'header' and 'main' named outlet, an error occurs that can not be animated.
Even if you use MatProgressBar in a named outlet, 6.3.3 will work normally without any errors.

In 6.4.0, 6.4.1, we have found that url is used in the fill attribute of . I think this is the cause of the error.
