drag and drop | item continue to drag when something interrupt it

Steps to reproduce:

1. start to drag item
2. in windows 10 press windows+shift+s (take screenshot)
3. cancel making screenshot
4. now you can drag the item without pressing mouse left button

Expected Behavior

What behavior were you expecting to see?

I expected, that item will return to the last saved place

Actual Behavior

What behavior did you actually see?

you can drag the item without pressing left mouse button

I have same issue.
When use mat-list with drag&drop then can not to scrolling on mobile.
