Form field outline top border reduce its opacity during animation when focusing.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Focus any input-form outlined

What behavior were you expecting to see?

Following MDC examples (https://material.io/components/text-fields/#) it should dissapear instantly at focus.

What behavior did you actually see?
It gradually dissapears.
