Reproduction

Steps to reproduce:

1. Click on the "menu" icon
2. Once the sidenav is open, click on the backdrop
3. Notice the state of the "menu" icon

Expected Behavior

The "menu" icon state should be restored

Actual Behavior

The "menu" icon state is wrong
