bug(select): no focus indicator when it has validation errors

What is the expected behavior?

The user should know when the md-select is focused, event if it has validation errors. It probably has to use the same color as the input field when it's focused.

What is the current behavior?

When the md-select has validation errors, it get's the warn color and the user cannot know if it's focused

What are the steps to reproduce?

• Select the first element and then navigate through them with the tab key
