Slider with thumb cursor issue

Bug:

Currently material slider with thumb label which has current slider value the mouse cursor changes to "select text" cursor.

What is the expected behavior?

When dragging while holding slider's thumb cursor to be same.

What are the steps to reproduce?

https://material.angular.io/components/component/slider and select option "show thumb label". Then click on slider and click and drag while pointing to slider thumb label with changing current value.

Which versions of Angular, Material, OS, browsers are affected?

Windows 10, Google Chrome 56
