Toggle button misaligned when next to regular button

Bug, feature request, or proposal:

When adding a toggle button to a block that contains buttons the toggle button is positioned higher than the buttons. Buttons are aligned correctly on Chrome and Edge, but not FireFox

Baselines of buttons and toggle buttons should align

What is the current behavior?

Baseline of toggle buttons are higher than regular buttons

This is only an issue on FireFox 56.0.2 and 57

Strangely, disabling overflow: hidden on
.mat-button-toggle-group, .mat-button-toggle-standalone
seemed to make the issue go away

This is still an issue. Reproduced with @angular/material v7.3.3 on FireFox 66.0b11 (64-bit).

Suggested workaround confirmed working.
