Add SwaggerUI to documentation tools

I guess SwaggerUI should be added to the "documentation" tools https://openapi.tools/#documentation shouldn't it?

I'm imagining it might be missing because it's such an obvious (and boring) option that nobody thought to add it! But for a newbie visitor like me, I think it would re-assure me that I'm looking at the right list.
