After b57701e, serial monitor problem for Leonardo on Windows

After the commit b57701e, the serial monitor does not work properly for Leonardo on Windows. No data displayed on the serial monitor window when opening the window.

No. I was not saying that the setDTR() and setRTS() caused the problem. I
was to say the fact the serial monitor behavior is different after the
commit (b57701e).

yeah sorry for asking, my mistake. we had reproduced the problem and we're working on it

The problem may be caused by the replaced "rxtxSerial.dll".

I am using Windows 7.

Sketch upload works fine. The problem is only for the serial monitor.

1. Push the reset button on the Leonardo board.
   --> The breathing LED indicates the bootloader run.
   --> RX flashes two or three times.
   --> All LEDs are off (except "ON").
2. Open the serial monitor.
   --> RX flashes one time.
   --> TX does not flash.
   --> No data shown on the serial monitor window.
   --> All LEDs are off.
3. Close the serial monitor.
   --> RX flashes one time.
   --> All LEDs are off.
4. Open some terminal software (uses DTR).
   --> RX flashes one time.
   --> TX flashes and the terminal window shows data from Leonardo.
   --> L flashes (see the above sketch).
5. Close the terminal software.
   --> RX flashes one time.
   --> TX does not flash.
   --> L continues to flash.
6. Open the serial monitor again.
   --> RX flashes one time.
   --> TX does not flash.
   --> No data shown on the serial monitor window.
   --> L continues to flash.

@sgk I'm trying to solve this problem by getting rid of RXTX. Can I ask you to try my branch https://github.com/ffissore/Arduino/tree/ide-1.5.x-jssc ? I'm pretty sure you already know, but to be absolutely sure, you need to run

git remote add ffissore git://github.com/ffissore/Arduino.git
git fetch ffissore
git checkout ide-1.5.x-jssc

and build the ide as usual
