Provide configurable key bindings

Modern IDEs all provide this feature. An initial (an perhaps sufficient) improvement would be a to be able to see all keybindings in a popup, which could later be extended to support loading/saving/changing.

Select a library then

• ENTER -> open the reference for the lib
• SHIFT-ENTER -> open the source code folder for the lib
