Adds a demo that turns the ESP32 into an access point that serves a remote control page.

captive functionality allows phone and computers to automatically open a signin page with the controls. Samsung and apple phones need to manually open the page 192.168.4.1 on their browser instead.

hi @OrsoEric

thank you for submitting this one, @gbr1 is evaluating opening repo for user-created demos where such examples will be a better fit.
We'd like to keep the library's repo to its basics but this example is really cool.
We made a PoC a while back but it never made it to the public :)

Bear with us, we'll let you know where to open the PR for this to make it to our audience 🙏🏼

hi @OrsoEric !
Thank you for your PR! It is always a pleasure watch Arduino & Alvik community creating big things!

We would like to maintain this repo simplier as possible with minimal examples.
Do you think it could be a good idea to add your demo in ProjectHub?
