installbuilder binaries are incomplete

There are two main problems with the CI:

• Linux installer is built with linux as target instead of linux-64, this is caused by: fix agent being built for 32 bit linux for real #847 (comment)_
• Windows binary for some reason do not have windows in the name but linux 🤷‍♂️

I manually patched 1.3.4 and 1.3.5 releases. But a more permanent fix is needed
