Push changes to Avrdude fork back to the Avrdude project

Now that the Avrdude project has been migrated over to Github, and the development is active again, it would be awesome if you guys could submit the patches you've applied to your fork of Avrdude back to the official Avrdude repo so that the next Avrdude release doesn't need any special treatment.

I'm also a bit curious about the history of these patches? For instance, why is the delay increased on the ATtiny85, and only just this part?
