Updated the action output workflow according to https://github.blog/changelog/2022-10-11-github-actions-deprecating-save-state-and-set-output-commands/#examples

This will remove the warnings that pop up in jobs:

Oops, I got it wrong. It looks like it was fixed here already #48 but no new version has been released since. I don't think this PR is relevant for the logs in our jobs but you still can merge it so your pipeline is up to date if you wish so 😅
