Naming default: Bitcoin or bitcoin

We use bitcoin throughout the README, and Bitcoin in the browserify-minified result.

I personally use bitcoinjs in most of my projects.
Any thoughts towards what we want to settle on?

My vote goes towards bitcoin as one can't instantiate a Bitcoin object. bitcoinjs works too.

Although, I am quite partial to bitcoinjs, because I feel reasoning about us as bitcoin is a bit over-reaching if they are interacting with other libraries... but honestly, this is only an issue for those using our compile step for browserify.

Honestly, I see npm run compile as a convenience step. It's essentially a command line command. If they prefer some name other than the default, they can easily change it. Providing something that adheres to our readme reduces the chance for confusion.

I'm fine with both, though leaning towards bitcoin. Regardless of compiled or browserify or node, it's all javascript. js seems redundant to me.
