DELPHI: add online logbooks

The online logbooks from the data taking periods are preserved in the DELPHI archives. These can be useful to understand the data. The DELPHI data preservation board agreed to add them to the information available on the portal.

There used to be three shifters, with different roles. Corresponding to these roles, there are logbooks from the shift leader, the data acquisition maestro (DAS), a slow control maestro and a quality checker. For the later years, some logbooks for the hadron calorimeter (HPC) are preserved as well.

The logbooks have been converted to pdf format (was text) and merged by year and type. They are ready for upload.
