ATLAS: add a new dataset 'Transforming Jet Flavor'

Hi,

Following the instructions I found on your wiki I'm opening a ticket to request an entry for an ATLAS dataset which will accompany a paper. The paper should be public in about a week, and we're hoping to get the dataset public here by then as well.

We're aiming to make 100 GB of simulated atlas data, in 38 files. Together with the data we'll include a public repository which will be hosted on ATLAS gitlab, which already exists as a draft. This repository will include documentation explaining the contents of the dataset, and example notebooks and code to demonstrate how to work with it.

Please let us know how to proceed! I'll also send an email since it wasn't clear how I should initiate this.

Just to briefly comment for the CERN Open Data team, this is a dataset conceptually quite similar to:
https://opendata.cern/record/80030
but with a slightly different physics aim. The request has been approved internally, so this is ok to proceed from the administrative point of view.

For @dguest , you're eventually going to need to prep most of a json file like this one:
https://opendata.cern/record/80030/export/json

Following this schema:
https://github.com/cernopendata/cernopendata-portal/blob/main/cernopendata/jsonschemas/records/record-v1.0.0.json

Some of the bits (the file parts in particular) can be programmatically generated, but all the text is going to be up to you. As always, we recommend keeping the record quite minimal, and linking to pages that contain the documentation (like your repo).
