Support combine.keys for Xpp3 merge

`combine.keys` is a comma-separated list of nodenames which are together the key.  I can't find the orignal xpp3 specs, only a reference implementation at https://github.com/atteo/xml-combiner/blob/master/src/main/java/org/atteo/xmlcombiner/Context.java
