[v2] Very slow scrolling in Firefox

Description

In current Firefox versions (tested with 68.0.2), scrolling is extremely slow in all windows. This can be fixed setting editor.mouseWheelScrollSensitivity for code windows, a setting of 9 emulates the scrolling behaviour in Chrome. However, scrolling in all other windows (Settings, Sidebar, Playground) remain slow.
I cannot reproduce this in Chrome with the same instance. V1 run on the same system also doesn't show this behavior.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Run v2 preview 6
2. Test using Firefox

I believe this was fixed already a few days after I opened the ticket (3e2d12a), it works for me now. I'd close the issue here, thanks for the quick fix!
