Cursor+VSCode modules break when access url differs in template and control plane

Our vscode-desktop and cursor modules do not work when accees_url on the template and coder server are different.
In our modules, we use data.coder_workspace.me.access_url that comes from the template but the client machine accesses the coder on a different URL.

Builtin VS Code Button works fine.
