Alias in readme links to wrong package

Expected Behavior

The alias at https://www.npmjs.com/package/commitlint should link to the right package.

Current Behavior

It links to https://github.com/conventional-changelog/commitlint/@commitlint/cli

Affected packages

• cli
• core
• prompt
• config-angular

Possible Solution

Fix the paths in https://github.com/conventional-changelog/commitlint/search?q=alias+of&unscoped_q=alias+of (absolute path?).
