Wheel for arm MacOS

Summary

Hi there, we are trying to implement this library as a engine for the excel reader in pandas. Reference below.

pandas-dev/pandas#50581

We would need a wheel for arm MacOS for this library to enable our CI to work correctly for this enhancement. It would be good if this could be done to help aid the implementation of this library into pandas.

Hi! I see arm64_mac is available on pypi. This test failed on arm64_linux. I added wheels for some linux architectures.
