Clicking on a localized command in the "Try my commands" does not work

Description

If your bot has localized commands, and you click on a localized command in the "Try my commands" section, Discord won't automatically select the command.

Steps to Reproduce

Click on any localized command in the "Try my commands". The localized label MUST NOT be the same label as the original label.

Expected Behavior

That Discord would select the clicked command.

Current Behavior

Discord pretends that nothing happened.

In addition to not working from the "Try my commads" it also does not work in the chat mention.

If the mention contains the translated name clicking on the mentions does nothing, it only works if the mention uses the original name.

Also seeing this behavior, clicking the command only works if the original/default name is used, not the localized one.

Now the locaised version of mentions just don't get render as such:

For localized commands you must use the command's original name, not the localized name. The client will see the command mention in the correct language.
