Banning a user with delete messages set does not delete messages in a forum post.

Description

When you ban a user with delete messages set, all of the users messages should be deleted within the given time set. However, messages in a forum post do not get deleted.
An exception is when you "fully click into the forum post" and ban the user, for some reason, through this way the messages inside the forum post get deleted. Look at the video attached for a clearer understanding.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Get a user to send messages in a forum post
2. Ban the user through the native ban (or Through the API endpoint) with delete messages days/seconds set. (Can be any days/seconds, as long as the message sent is within the time set)
3. Ban the user without "fully clicking into the forum post" (See the video attached to understand what I mean)

Expected Behavior

Banning the user should delete the messages in a forum post, regardless of "fully clicking into the forum post".

Current Behavior

When banning the user, if you do not "fully click into the forum post", the messages in the forum post will not get deleted.
