WebP assets cannot be uploaded as emojis

Description

The developer portal states WebP files may be uploaded as emojis, but they are greyed out.

In the Discord client, I am able to upload WebP files as emojis to servers. I just cannot do it in the developer portal's emojis tab for applications.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Get a WebP file
2. Attempt to upload it to an application's emojis

Expected Behavior

The file may be selected.

Current Behavior

The file cannot be selected.
