Duplication of a sentence in IO#print documentation

[Paragraph documenting it](http://ruby-doc.org/core-2.3.3/IO.html#method-i-print) is clunky and hard to digest. Especially because of references to three different global variables. It could do some work by separating it into smaller ones to provide some clarity.
